Hmmm... You may be right, I just saw 1200 and assumed midnight, but it could be noon... I will update the OP if I can confirm.

Well, it does look like it is noon, so I have updated OP, sorry about the confusion. I have also updated the countdown clock, since it was incorrectly using a GMT timezone indicator and it does not support that, so I have entered the correct time in the PST timezone..

When they've done giveaways in the past I've often redeemed them very late in the giveaway period and still gotten a game. I'd assume it probably won't be a big time-pressure thing.

Maybe you just suck at achievements? Achievements often add a level of complexity and difficulty to games that really engages us "better gamers." I've been playing games for decades at this point, and love an extra challenge here and there. Granted, some achievements are pointless and take no extra effort outside of playing normally - but then some do.

Setting up the Playfire account was a bit of a pain. GMG wouldn't let me link it immediately after creation. So I logged into playfire (and turned off email notifications, etc) and when I came back to GMG it recognized it.

The music and gameplay is AMAZING for free!!! HUGE THANKS!! I bought the iOS app just to show support!

I don't know what this Playfire thing is, but I'm not giving them any of my actual gamertags from different systems. Tried to give it just XFire, which I could care less about, but it just sat spinning for like 10 minutes with no activity and eventually I just gave up. If I could get them just by being a GMG customer, that would be fine, but with this whole "sign up for new shady game service that monitors and collects all of your information", I think I'll pass.

Update: Eventually it just gave up checking, but allowed me to proceed, so I signed up since they don't require anything really other than an email address.

The game is absolutely terrible.

Seriously it's a free game... Trying out games like this is fun, you might not like it but other people might and possibly the author(s) of the game will get some recognition...
State of the art graphics don't mean a thing without gameplay.

Did the same thing for me, I was a little leary of giving my info (facebook account/steam/xbox live id) because it usually becomes intrusive to your gaming friends and gamers HATE, absolutely HATE when others give out ways for companies to get to them. I just used an old x-fire account, they didn't find it, but then they let me link my GMG account. Said I didn't have FB so they didn't ask. Got an -email 2 minutes later and just made account, not ever needing to go back to it.
