Nexus 10 also has double the RAM and a generation-newer processor (A15 rather than the Nexus 7's Tegra 3). Also keep in mind that the larger screen has 4x the pixels (2560*1600, instead of 1280*800) and larger battery to match.

I have Note 2 right now and my wife is Nexus 4, so I am pretty familiar with the cellphone version of the NEXUS and GALAXY series.

I got my wife this tablet a month ago. I am not too impressed. It hangs occasionally(once every few days). I thought the hang's were due to apps, but it still does it when using native apps, like gmail, browser, gallery etc. I would still recommend it. Best features for me are the screen resolution, snappy-ness, and multiple user setup.

Anyone has recommendations on a nice cover/stand for this tablet?

The Nexus 10 combines the greatness of Samsung hardware with a crisp and pure Android and tablet experience that is not matched. The resolution alone makes it smoke the 10.1. Second best tablet is the iPad 4 and distant 3rd is the Asus TF700 (unless you require the dock and/or slots). If it were not for the Nexus 10, I would have given up on tablets for a while.
