Yea it's brand new. Gamestop warranties are 30days and Asus manufacturers warranty is a year. Dammit I bit. Poor wallet..

The display is fine, I own one. $299.99 is a pretty good price for NIB.

It could have higher brightness, but it's a pretty capable tab.

Basically it's the same as the Nexus 7, but with a microSD slot, larger screen, 8 MP rear camera and dock capabilities.

ASUS also updates their tablets quite regularly, which is nice. Samsung updates their tablets once in a blue moon.
