I purchased a second Wii from Cowboom a few weeks ago (for a lot more money ) and found a "6" with all cables and a Wiimote. It was missing one of the doors (which was disclosed in the Cowboom description), but otherwise it's in fine shape.

How do you select the Wii you want rather than the default 'add to cart'?

The last wii I got from cowboom had so much dried up boogers on the console it made me sick. Kids or adults def sneezed on it alot.

How does the protection plan work? Do you just get your money back? (At this price, wouldn't another $5 make sense?)

Got a brand new Kirby game and it isn't working on our Wii. Keep getting an error and I am wondering if the disc drive is the problem.

I got a brand new one at BestBuy during the Mastercard fiasco for around $75.

With the $5 protection plan, not sure if this would be the better deal or not at $50 (after shipping). If I only get my money back, then I am back at the same place of trying to find a wii.

And does the hassle-free return policy still apply if you get the protection plan?

Its been a while since I did my softmod - using the "smashbros" technique. I believe different methods work for different wii versions, but is all there in the FAQ found in the above link.

Quick way to fix this:

Got one earlier today. It is grade 4 but is basically complete just missing the remote strap and bateries.
