As in the previous threads, this isn't a replacement for a "proper" 4/3 or APS-C camera so don't bother listening to the people say "$190 can go towards a such and such DLSR."

If you enjoy telephoto shooting--or rather, extreme telephoto shooting--adapting K mount lenses is worth the entry price alone

No, it's Pentax's Q mount, with a small (1/2.3) sensor such as you would find on a mid-level point and shoot camera. It has a lot of features that you won't find on a p&s in this price range, however, such as full manual controls, raw output, hot-shoe, and, of course, the ability to change lenses. This price makes it a great option for someone who wants to step up from a p&s but doesn't want to invest the $$ in a dslr or m4t camera.
