One of the best tasting protein powders available however the calorie to protein ratio is higher than Optimum Nutrition. It is about 200 calories for 25 grams for Syntha-6 where as ON has 125 calories for 25 grams. I typically have double scoops of ON (50 grams) for just 50 more calories.

Even at full price of 52.99, ON is still superior because of serving size. 5 lb tub of syntha 6 only has 48 scoops while 5 lb tub of ON has 71.

Syntha 6 does taste a lot better but has more calories/cholesterol/sodium. People automatically see '5 lbs' and think they are getting the same amount of protein but syntha 6 has bigger scoops

Bigger scoops with less protein in them.

tastes great, but high in calories. one reason why it tastes great.

How about a scoop of this and a scoop of ON just so I can get some PB flavor? I was going to jump on this deal, as it's been in my cart forever.

Under the Nutrition Facts, serving size is measured by scoops so you can figure out how many scoops are in a tub. You can look at the labels here:

One scoop of syntha6 is 47.2 grams(with 22g protein) while one scoop of ON is 32 grams(with 24g protein).
