Hmm weird. I tried to send money to my main Paypal account and PP is saying that I have reache my sending limit (it's a new account)... Good thing I have a few prepaid cards too...
Will probably load up the rest of my card readers over the couple of days.... |

It did not look like it was tampered with although I could be wrong. Thanks for your help!!!! I am not sure if I want to draw any attention to the store because the managers are always kinda suspicious when I use coupons. Of course I did nothing wrong. Probably I just take a loss and return the other unopened one.

I have "Get $15 back when you sign up. US accounts only" on my package. I did not open the other package but I can just lift the plastic up a bit and saw no blue sticker either!
