1) Don't accept the package and send back via courier
2) But if you like me, live in an apartment and go to work during the day... Then don't open the package before returning it.
There won't be any charge to you.. No re-stocking fee either...
Restocking fee only if you open the package..
Yeah, just refusing the package is nice IN THEORY, and it's what Amazon CS told us to do recently in complicated circumstances. Turns out somebody WAS home, and I arrived a minute later, so, no problem, right?
Not so much. At least around here Amazon uses a "Laser" delivery service for Prime shipping a lot- never heard of them before, and I doubt they have any other clients. We tried to politely refuse delivery, and ended up with this increasingly agitated foreign guy who apparently spoke almost no English in our front yard pointing at the package and yelling "RIGHT ADDRESS! RIGHT ADDRESS! RIGHT ADDRESS!" louder and louder until the neighbors were starting to look alarmed. We gave up.
What is your family having problems with? Reviews have been pretty good.

Analysis of overall, it was good. But my family tell me it is not true...Isn't it???
Lowest monthly plan is $80 for unlimited talk and text with 300mb.[/url]
I think the taxes and additional fees are pretty high though. I'm wondering what those are especially if anybody knows what the total approx fees on top of 3 smartphones plan with the minimum (1GB) data plan (base price $170) would be? They tell you only the base price and not the factors that go into the additional fees. My old plan is about $90 + $25 taxes and fees, so actually $115
Thanks and reps so much to anybody who can help with this difficult process of getting all the correct details.
