FF is hit or miss for me. It is annoying when you miss a call and then call them back and they don't respond. I've also had them cancel surveys on me the day before, and once they canceled without letting me know, and refused to pay me even though I sat home and waited for them (I was a floater on a study.)
And one other time,they shorted me or payment,saying I didn't answer all their BB questions, even though I had. But, I've also gotten good surveys and prompt payment on those, so I feel they are a mixed bag. They're definitely one of the biggest market research companies out there. |

It has been well over a year since I received a call from them. In fact, I was scheduled to do a study only to learn it had been cancelled by the client and that was the last I heard from FF. Hopefully, I will qualify for something and get a call in the near future.

I just got done with a project that I got recruited through from them. I had no probems at all, and I've only ever done a few of these types of focus groups/online bulletin boards before. I think I missed the call and they called me back.
