Yes to both of those. It has a nice ratio of protein:carbs:fat. For a complete meal, you may double up depending on your size, but nonetheless, absolutely. Not to mention it is the best tasting protein around IMHO

freeshipping.com claims to have FS for vitacost but I don't know if freeshipping.com is a reliable site. Has anyone used it?
