i signed up....but i sure hope it isnt for people who are 55 and over.......i thought it was kind of weird but it shouldn't make a difference if you take it with AARP or AAA.

If I have taken a defensive driving course, will this supplement it? Meaning take additional insurance costs/points off?

The examples in that IRS document are just that, examples to illustrate an earlier paragraph and what is considered affordable coverage as a % of income. Using that text to attack the Health Care For America Plan is a an out of context stretch. This deal should save many $ and I hope to be one of them, need to check with my insurance company to be sure first. Thanks, OP.

I just called me insurance to ask how much the discount was, they said $6. Not worth it.
