A: You will only receive the 15% if you already have a Meijer card and have made purchases with it. If you have a Meijer Platinum Mastercard, you can still get a regular Meijer card to get the discount (this could end up hurting your credit score, do at your own risk).

Q: Is this a better deal than other credit cards that give big rewards after a certain amount is spent?
A: It depends on how you plan on using the credit card. If you shop at Meijer, you can earn 20% off grocery coupons, get 5 cents off every gallon of gas, and can get 15% off once a month on their promo days.

Q: Can I get this deal online?
A: No, this is an in-store only deal as Meijer does not sell iPads online.

A: No, this is a 31.15% discount (1-.85*.9*.9).

Q: Can I do this if I apply for the card in store on the same day?
A: Yes, they will give you a receipt that serves as your temporary card along with your ID.

Q: How do I get the discounts? Do they come off automatically?
A: The 15% discount will come off when the cashier swipes/types in your credit card info. One 10% discount is attached to your temporary credit card (receipt) if you applied in store. You have to make sure they scan this coupon. The last 10% discount comes off automatically for your first purchase being on Saturday.
