1) Yes but it requires taking out about 11 tiny screws that strip easily. It uses msata which looks like a wifi card.
2) http://www.theverge.com/2012/11/2...-12-review 4:33 hr
3) It has the Intel HD Graphics 4000 which is decent I guess. Handles 1080 vids no problem on xbmc and the games on the windows store.
I'll be updating the ssd on my unit. Can you please tell me how did you install the OS on the new drive? Does the laptop come with recovery discs or partition that I can use for the installation?
I had nicked an i7 last night, fearing I wouldn't see stock in time to use the coupon and then saw an equivalent i5 this morning (8gb, 256gb just like the i7 build) so I figured I'd do a swap and save myself the $150. Only this was at 7:15CST and the call center (as I found out) doesn't open until 8am CST. Since I had to leave for work, I stuck the i5 in my cart, found a chrome extension to refresh the page every 5 minutes so it'd stay reserved and then proceeded to cancel the i7 and order the i5 when I got to work about an hour later. (Technology is fun.) Good deal.
went through whole order process on phone, then told that Dell Business Credit cannot be used to buy something from Dell Outlet, for a $1000 order figured they would figure out a way to make that work, but they let me just hang up without ordering
