Tax Help
Quick (hopefully easy) question. Over the past year I have signed up for a few of the credit card cashback rewards deals from BOA, Discover, etc. Are these taxable income to the IRS? Should I receive a 1099 form? I got a $100 bonus from chase for signing up for a checking account and I received a 1099 form, but I'm guessing that was because the $100 was deposited directly into my bank account. Basically I am just wondering if I should be waiting for any other 1099 forms from credit card rewards bonus? Thanks for your help.
