If you're worried that your tv is not going to be covered by Panasonic because you bought it from Rakuten.com. I called twice and chatted once and the reply was the same each time. The TV is covered. The people on the phone added the obvious info that the TV must have been purchased new and you must have the receipt. See chat transcript below
