I've been drinking mine with a single large ice cube. Seems to slow things down a bit, which is good for a drink with 3 shots in it.

This thing is awesome. The ice comes out PERFECT. Really does make very good frozen margaritas. Also doubles as a sno-cone maker in our house. I'm telling you, the shaved ice is perfect. You throw ice cubes in the top, add ingredients in blender, then tell it where you are doing 1, 2, or 3 servings. Always a hit at the parties. This is a great price.

I can't believe I just ordered this thing. I didn't even know I wanted it. The good thing is, we don't have a blender in the kitchen.
I love frozen Margaritas and love slurpee/slushie type drinks. This should do well with me here in Florida. |

Warning on this guy. Be very careful not to leave ice in the hopper with no pitcher underneath. Most of the ice melt does drain into the reservoir but it doesn't get all of it and the stuff that falls onto the blender "pad" WILL short out the electronics. It only has a one year warranty too, and no user-replaceable parts so be careful that you don't turn your $200 margarita investment into a paperweight.

I've heard rumblings that a new model is coming out this year. Even so, I really like my older model concoction maker. The ice comes out awesome.
On a small tangent, I wish Jimmy had stopped his forever-expanding Margaritaville product line with this since it's pretty much where it all started. It seems like its less and less about the music anymore.

I have this. Only reason I bought it was to make icee/slushies. Doesn't work so well. It's like it needs the alcohol to blend. All I get is the shaved iced slammed to the outer edges and really wond blend the non alcoholic treat
