I had 249 points in my account as of Wednesday morning. I needed one more to get the certificate. And 199 of my points expired today? WTF?!?! To boot, I've bought a ton of stuff from them recently with my rewards card, but because those points haven't posted yet, I miss out on the chance to cash out?

You can get points only twice i.e. 25 X 2 points for a single day ... If you try more then that, it will be 0 points .. It does not need to be 24 hours gap but the date needs to be different ...

How these points expire? I mean what is the time limit? Any one?

I was not seeing my points updated, even though history was showing it. While searching around, i found this. Would be helpful for all of us if you see the points are not showing up in the total number of points:

Why are my recent transactions not showing up yet?

Between 2/3 and 2/23, new transactions will take longer to appear in your account. This is part of year-end account and system maintenance. During this time, you may still issue certificates if you have enough points available. No new transactions and/or points will be reflected in your account until after 2/23.

Got 0 points. Bullcrap. This was the first poll I've taken all day.

I also got the 0 points message. This is the 3rd time this has happened this week! I tried one poll two days ago, one yesterday, and then this one and I didn't get points for a single one of 'em!
