I'm sorry. I'm having a hard time following the discussion on the Staples case of paper deal. How does it work? Can I make it work paying entirely with my rewards? Does it have to be in store or online? Thanks.

I purchased the papers in a store kiosk. But the easy rebate site has 2 options;

Ordered at a computer terminal in store or
Staples.com purchase

I know in order to get the rebate it has to be an online purchase but I didn't know which one to choose here..

What the hell? Just got my email stating that my Rewards are ready for this month and it's double what it should be. I turned in 20 ink carts and the site shows the correct $40 earned for that transaction. But I got issued a rewards check for $80.

I had no other purchases that earned rewards for last month. Better spend this money quick!

Just to add to my previous post, something is definitely strange about the Kleenex q. I happened to save the Kleenex q as a pdf on my work pc, which is the one I used last night. I just pulled it up right now (attached) and the code is 73790 on the pdf. Wonder how it became 77884 on the receipt...

On Sunday, my cashier used her own printed code. Could be that. And thanks for your reply. Repped you!

To figure out what to add for $11+. Maybe some Post-its flags or something which also have a separate manufacturer mail-in promotion.

Don't know if the q would scan more than once but probably YMMV either way. The customer behind me had two packs of the Kleenex and as I was walking away I could hear the cashier tell him it was 1 per customer. See also this post, where the 73790 q wasn't scanning but the manager did an override for 10 packs because the coupon does not state a limit.

Something is up with the Rewards site. Yesterday the "Update as of" date was 2/11 and today it is 2/7. They needed to do a back out for some reason.

My Reward account shows available to use but they have already been used. When I add to use online it tells me already used but for some reason my account has not updated them correctly. It has been like this for a month.

I printed one of those. I have to admit I am confused about how to use coupons now. Before, IIRC, $ off total coupons would take even when product or category-specific coupons had been applied. Thus, the $10/$50 would have worked on the paper cases only even after the $25 off coupon. Now, it appears that there must be other items as well for these to take and these must at least equal the coupon amount.

I have to sit down and think about how to combine all these coupons to make everything go through and maximize my return. In addition to the paper Qs, $10/$50 and $10/$75, I had already been planning on using the 50% expo dry-erase coupon, the Kleenex coupon, now the Post-It one.

Got the survey coupon this morning, its 10 off 10 valid online and in store. But I don't see a printable coupon. Did anyone else get it?

Ya same here too, was waiting on getting a missing receipt for a laptop added to my account, and thought I will have it today, but they went back.
