I was trying to reset a Touchpad and got this as a check-in coupon. When I clicked redeem, there was a 16 digit code that expires tomorrow. Has anyone seen this? Is this actually a check-in coupon?

It was my check-in coupon from the staples app with fakegps running on a Touchpad.

Don't know why reset of android device discussion is in this thread. If you have rooted your device, just use Titanium backup to backup/restore your device. Before start the batch restore, make sure you uncheck Staples app.

Data point re the kiosk 2 SM case purchase w/ $25 Q. There was a question re what happens if you use a comp Q. Turns out I was an unwitting guinea pig

I did the kiosk deal for 2 SM cases under wife's account last Fri, bcx hers show a price of $33.99/case. I added a Staples Copy Select ream as filler; gave the cashier $10/$75 Q, along with 2 $25 case paper Q. The $10/$75 did not take. (Math prob figured out by now that I didn't do the math, and was short by a few cents.) So she tried to be nice and forced it by giving me a PM on one of the cases, taking $10 off. So $33.99 for 1 case, and $23.99 for another. The $25 Qs took off $25 fr the 1st, and only took off $23.99 off the 2nd, as that's all that's left.

I submitted the rebate anyway, and it looks like I am getting $33.99 back. I paid $8.99 for the 2 cases; so this is a nice $25 MM. Nothing was attached to the filler ream; so will be returning that.

It's possible that the system only read the 1st one ($33.99), and I just got lucky that the PM was on the 2nd case. It's more plausible that the system simply noted the price for the case at $33.99 and that I bought 2.

Validation in progress." with no amount indicated under the "Rebate Offer" column. Will it get update later tonight or tomorrow morning?
