How do these compare to the xtremeguard skins? i have a bunch of those was thinking to try this if this is better

Good deal, got the HP touchpad screen and carbon fiber skin. not planning on using them on my touchpad but great for cutting them up and using it for other devices.

Overpriced.

I bought from amazon a while back for my S3 - the reviews looked decent. But I have to agree with this experience. There are bumps and ripples all over my screen. The install went well and it looked clean, anytime you pressure the thing, it creates a new bump or ripple. The first time it happened I was really surprised. There was a dirty spot on the screen and I used my fingernail to lightly clean it off. It left a permanent ripple. It has been not quite a year, and there are tons of ripples on my screen. Two from my fingernail rubbing, and the rest from regular use in my pocket. With that said, it has protected my screen - but I've had bodyguardz, BSE and neither had any problem like this whatsoever.

its easy to have a lifetime warranty for a product you will most likely only own for two years. Oh, technology!

Rumor is they scratch pretty easily... and I believe it. Plastic + wrist = damage.
