Call their customer service number same thing happened to me. They credited me back for one jean that was out of stock after the order.

Same thing happened to me. I had a small and a medium of the 99.99 jacket and the medium sold out. I had to call to cancel that order then i replaced with 2 of the small. If it doesn't fit, free shop runner return shipping.

Had to spend 10 minutes on the phone to cancel the order. They wouldn't price match for the single jacket that was still in stock. Not worth trying again IMO. Oh well....

Horrible shopping application. Whoever designed that system deserves a paddlin'

Id call and ask for one for $15.. NICELY!!!.. Only the jeans went thru on mine so I called and asked for free shipping and they did it. Make the CSR happy that they are talking to you instead of someone else and you often will get your way.

CSR: "is there any sort of promotion for free shipping right now?"
Me: "yes. It is free after 100 but I will not be spending that much. I can either cancel my order or get free shipping (nicely.. not demanding). Its just not worth the cost since the jackets were not included in the order after it was processed."

Kill em with kindness. YMMV.

btw, tone is everything... I treat CSRs like I treat police officers. I do everything I can to try and get my way and I act as sincere as possible while conceding that I am utterly powerless.. This is how the game is played. and when I dont get my way on reasonable requests i use every word you'd never say in front of your mother. then i hang up
