FYI, Only if you own a Logitech® receiver. You need the Product Name or Product
Model Number (M/N), Product Part Number (P/N), and Product Identification Number (PID). It says "You can usually find this information on the bottom of your product or inside the battery compartment". |

I just registered my years old Logitech MX 518 and it seemed to go through fine. I am actually using the mouse and just flipped it over to get the identification numbers.

So, if it's a wireless mouse, I would look somewhere under the battery lid. On a wired mouse would be a sticker placed on the bottom of the mouse, but they tend to fade over time so you might be out of luck [edit] I didn't get any emails after submission.
