A couple simple Google searches shows this is a scam.

As NetRazor points out, this isn't a good deal to start with as this isn't the STM lens.

Also, they are not a legit company. Their address is:
14747 N Northsight Blvd Suite 111
Scottsdale, Arizona 85260

which is a UPS Store, meaning they don't even have a store.

And they aren't an Authorized Canon dealer. I expect what happens is that after you order, they will place the order on hold until you call. Then when you call, they will have somebody try to hard sell you overpriced batteries, memory cards, etc. Finally, if they do ever ship the camera and lens, they will be gray market with no Canon warranty.
