For as unprepared as they are technologically, the company has been around and in good standing for many years. And when I called them up last week to sort out the previous glitch, the 80 year old women they employ couldn't have been nicer. I had to switch out of warp drive speed of life for five minutes to talk to somebody's great grandmother, but ultimately their customer service was quite pleasant to deal with.

its a in wall electronic ignition gas oven, i thinker from reading the ingniter unit is shot, and with the thing being a in wall oven, lot of labor invovled.

my pizza stone is still in there with corn meal waiting for a pizza....... sad.

Ahhh, well unless you're pretty comfortable with gas appliances, its safer to leave it to the professionals. Then again, look around to see if you can dig up a service manual. It might not be that big a deal if you dont have to touch the valving / regulators / jets. Its just a glorified bar-b-que sparker

Same, when I was trying to check out as guest.

I've ordered from them before and I guess at some point I made an acct there. So logging in got me all the way thru to payment info and now I'm sitting on "Submitting payment information. Do not refresh page to avoid multiple authorizations on your card". And I've been on that for 5 minutes....

Checked email hoping that the page was stuck and maybe I got a confirmation, but nothing.

Says code is invalid. Tried typing it in and also copy and paste. Well, they won't get my money now and I'll save 100% of my money instead of just upto 80%.
