I've been looking at getting a pizza stone, but wasn't sure I'd use it enough to justify. $8 makes it an easy decision.

Pizza stone rack is nice... but a pain.
I found myself never using it after the first couple of times due to having to clean it and put the heavy thing away somewhere instead of just throwing a frozen pizza on the oven rack and having next to zero clean up. It's nice and works.. but I say pass unless you dont mind some extra dishes. |

Also note that this company has problems with PayPal orders. If you order from them and pay with PayPal, their "system" may automatically cancel your order while keeping your money, and you'll have to call them to get it resolved. I ordered from them in late Jan., customer service emails did not get a response, but a phone call finally got, "Oh, you used PayPal. We'll need to place a new order for you ..."
Those logging in after ordering and getting the "you have no orders" status may have had this happen. |

OMG. That was effing horrible, but i finally got it to work.
Never argue with idiots. First they bring you down to their level, then they beat you with experience.

I didn't order my pizza stone form Oneida but a pizza stone makes a huge difference when making a homemade pizza, use cornmeal on the stone so it doesn't stick and it is worth finding a place to store the stone. I have never tried to cook a frozen pizza on a pizza stone.

Stoneware, and especially pizza stones are one of the best inventions for the kitchen as far as I am concerned. I have been using the same ones for 23 years. They are excellent! Even cooking, never burns items, don't have to use oil, cleans very easily. As far as storage, I have a stand that I hold them all in. I could never go back to metal pans again!
