when i put the number in it shows a green check mark, showing up as United States, Landline

after filling out all the fields, when i hit "Sign up now!" i get the restriction message.
anything i might do differently to make it work?

btw, my GV balance is $0.00, though that should not be of any concern i'm guessing

Not sure if they check for same billing address. I am an existing customer and opened 2 accounts today (code: "Valentines2013") with real phone #'s and didn't see the bonus credit after the initial $10 deposit.

tried it on a completely different browser this time. still same message. this is pissing me off, especially since others are reporting they got it.

Yes, the fraud department is noticing the patterns this time. It's a good thing though as in that case we can expect such offers to come again.

Yours is a legit case then. People have been using it to register unlimited accounts through GV which is fraudulent.

They jacked up the call rate to South Korea from around 1.9 cents/min to 4.9 cents/min a few months ago without any explanation. Their rate is one of the worst now. I also found out that their voice quality is worse compared to other similar services such as skype.

i would think you can contact customer service and get the bonus applied, as long as name, phone number and email are different on the accounts. after all, there are no mentions about limiting bonus to one member per household (afaik).
and when do u need street address? for credit card billing? btw, cc companies only verify zip code, so u can put whatever address u want, as long as zip code matches, transaction will go through Wink
