My dad gave me the original Wave for a birthday gift after I moved into my house >10yrs ago. I remember thinking, "Why do I need another jackknife? I have all the real tools in my tool boxes downstairs". I keep it in the kitchen, and in the years since, I've used the Leatherman *so* many times. Mostly the pliers, wire cutters, and knife, and occasionally the screw drivers.

I've been looking for a 2nd high-quality multi-tool to keep one in the car, preferably with a more comfortable grip. I think this Skeletool with the CX blade will be perfect!

In for one! Plus the bit set (not available for my old Wave) and the add-on 934810 nylon Wave sheath for $4.75 (Prime), which owner comments lead me to believe will fit nicely.
