Just as a note... the OP and the website say valid until May 5, 2013. But when you look at the "Time left to buy" it says 21 days... I think you have to buy in 21 days and then you have until May 5 to redeem.

Small technicality, but might help someone.

I got one from the last deal @ $44 and these are great!!
Pros: Great quality, light, comfortable and they have a great bass. Battery life is good and they can work wired as well.
Cons: Pairing with Phones and Tablets is very easy however Windows devices could be challenging depending what machine and OS you have. Charging cable is proprietary.

These are great for music but as other Bluetooth devices, the audio is out of sync while watching video however this is because the Bluetooth stack itself, not the headsets.

How noticeable is the delay? I was going to use this to watch movies at night while everyone is sleeping using a BT transmitter [amazon.com]. I have a pair of wireless RF headphones, but the BT is more convenient for me. But if there's a huge lag, then that's a no-go for me.

The delay is about 1 second to 2 seconds behind, and it was unbearable to watch so I give up and using it for music now. It works great.
