Dramatic much... Here's the rules --> At the beginning of every calendar year, the points in your account (except Premier Silver members and Reward Zone Gamers Club Unlocked members) will be issued as reward certificates down to the $5 level, and any remaining points will be forfeited.
If your points disappeared, take a deep breath, let it out, then call them. Let them know you would just like your points back from 2013. Tell them you understand your points reset at end of each calendar year (Jan-Dec). Have them check date when points were posted
Best way to contact is by phone. Explain the facts. Don't take it out on them. Ask nicely.
^I had lost 219 points to the "Annual Point Expiration" thing. I called, and after a bit of confusion with the rep saying random numbers, they gave me 500 points as a courtesy. I would definitely recommend calling! - GodsWay7

It states this on their rewards site info blegh!: "Between 2/3 and 2/23, new transactions will take longer to appear in your account. This is part of year-end account and system maintenance. During this time, you may still issue certificates if you have enough points available. No new transactions and/or points will be reflected in your account until after 2/23."

My points were some how lowered to the amount I had before taking the poll yesterday. Today's poll hasn't even registered after taking it. There is a thing about the site updating on their website and points not posting till later but still.
I had 87 yesterday, got 0 points for yesterdays survey, just did todays survey, said I got 25 points, now I have 13 points. Not sure what is going on. I have point adjustment -62 listed twice for yesterday, so I somehow lost 124 points for an annual point expiration. Not sure how that makes sense, I've only had an account for 3 weeks. ??
