the ATI is not a superior value. You can buy a 1GB 650tI for $40 less than a 1GB 7850. You can buy a 2GB 650tI for $40 less than a 2GB 7850. You can also spend $60 more and get a GTX 660. This is the best value for this range @ this price point.

The 1GB 7850 I linked is a better value than the card in the OP. It's $10 more, comes with a software bundle that is easily superior, has a longer warranty, and is significantly faster in every benchmark, save for "maybe" Skyrim (the 1GB 7850 only loses out at 1900x1200, which would be more affected by the 1GB VRAM than 1080p. 1680x1050 is faster, and it doesn't take into account current drivers: those drivers are from October of last year). Benchmarks don't lie (not from reputable sites, anyway), and I've provided plenty of them to prove my assertion. Ignore the benchmarks if you wish.

That one doesn't come with Assassin's Creed 3, like the one in the OP, nor does it come with Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider (2013) like the 7850 I linked. I imagine you could sell both of those games for $40, or even if you only got $30, the $10 difference would be worth it. It's also 24-27% slower than a stock-clocked 7850 (which overclock extremely well), and has a 3/2 warranty, vs 5/5.

Do you guys happen to know of any ATI Radeon 7XXX GPUs (or 8XXX) that support quad-display (with/without Active DP adapters)? In the ~$100 range?
One of the big things I like about most of the GT/GTX 6XX series cards is their native support for driving (true) quad-displays without DP.

The best ones I know of are the Sapphire FleX that allow you to drive 5 monitors. Used 2x Active DP adapters, 1x HDMI (because of FleX), 2x DVI.

just got back from frys in wilsonville and i didnt see the ad with game plus 15$ rebate. just the instant saving.
