Got mine. Looks like it's in fantastic condition. Not a mark on it. Currently testing the battery life, but if it's close to spec, I'd say this was a great deal.

I bought my wife a kindle fire a little over a year ago and her's was a refurb.
It looked brand new and works great. Now a little over a year, I think we might be starting to see the battery go. I'm not positive but maybe she just didn't charge it the last time when she thought she plugged it in. Her's was $170 or $160 but I paid with Amex points on Amazon. So now that I see all these tablets, it is definitely overpriced at that number but she loves it. It works great for her. She doesn't want a bunch of goofy crap and loves the interface on Kindle Fire more than the Android interfaces. (She has a droid incredible 2 that she loves as well). She has started using her Asus VivoTab but hasn't really fully went to that for ereading/games because the kindle is just more portable and fits nicely in her purse. My Nexus7 fits in my back pocket which is great. That's what makes these 7" tablets great - funny how Apple talks about the 1 handed Iphone but they miss the point of a mini-tablet. If you get a clean one with a nicely working battery, then this is a great deal on a tablet/ereader. Amazon also has 1 free app a day that is stored on amazon site as well if you get a new tablet you can redownload it in the future for free.. Last edited by Graphikzking; 02-19-2013 at 07:01 AM..
