Looking for mortgage company recommendations

Hi all,

I'm looking for mortgage company recommendations.

I have two requirements :

1) The sales reps have to be able to walk through the math. If they can't do the math, I don't want to deal with them. I'm a finance guy so if I can't replicate what they are talking about in Excel, there's no deal.

2) Low Rates - traditional large companies tend to have inflated rates. I've typically had more success with the madrate's of the world - sadly no longer in business.
