I've been using this in my Canon 6D and it's been working great... though I don't shoot burst RAW (at least not yet).... or any RAW yet, so I haven't tested it with that.
But I'd say it's a great card for the price. It's amazing how cheap this stuff is now. |

I have this and I have the SanDisk Ultra too. The SONY card is much slower in writing than the SanDisk. But the price is good

Crap card in terms of supposed "class 10"write speeds (as in: just barely class 10, whereas other brands like Sandisk handily exceed it). But reliable and fine where you don't really need "class 10". In other words, fine for media storage or whatever, but do not get this to do HD video or burst photography.

I have this card as a backup for a 16gb sandisk. On tests I get about 8 write 18 read. Not terrible but the sandisk does more than double that. Half the speed vs. Half the capacity, similar price. I'd wait and jump on a sub $20 faster card when/if that happens if you plan on filming with this.

T2i / T3i / T4i / 60D / 7D / 5DM2 record 1080p video @ 45mbit VBR (5.6MB/s) with spikes up to 90mbit (11.2MB/s). You need a card that can do at least 11MB/s, and this is not it.

I use this card from a recent deal ($17?) in a CF-SD adapter with a Canon 5DII. Works great. I don't do high speed stuff nor much video, so I can't speak about the performance when you push it.

I thought Sony always like to do things their own way, so they invent the memory stick. Why are they using/selling SD now?
They also try Betamax and it failed. At least they win the blu-ray war. My RIG:

It's an ok card for the money..
I got one but I just use it to store Family memories as a backup drive. |

Beta was a far superior VCR format to VHS. It died for other reasons. Pity actually.
