I bought this tab from amazon a few days ago. Its the same galaxy tab 2 that's been around a while. HOWEVER the red is really really nice. And the case its awesome. Has a high end quality feel to it. HUGE HUGE thumbs up @ $179

Guys I have been thinking about getting a tablet. Not sure if I should get the nexus 7 or this. I won't load any movies but will install apps. So 32GB would be great. How can I choose?

You're killing me w/ that resolution. I got the Galaxy 8.9" for less than that and it has better resolution.

 I use to go with Ipads and Iphones but once I found Ice Cream Sandwich I was hooked. I still have an Iphone but I hate it compared to the Sony Ion Android.I got rid of everything Apple. Dude, if you have the money I would go with the 9.4" Xperia by Sony or the Nexus 10 by Sammy. I had a Nexus 7" and it was too small so this is too small for me. I have the Nexus 7(32gb) and love it. I guess it all depends what you plan on using it for because for me 32gb is plenty. I mainly use it for casual computing.
I surprised no one brought this up but the N7 has a faster processor, Tegra 3 quad core, compared to the Galaxy's dual core. If you plan on running a lot of games and multitasking then the N7 might be a better fit for you. |

If it helps, according to BHphoto's website, this exact model # is getting the Jellybean updates OTA. hhmmm, Now I'm thinking about scoring one of these

It took at least 12+ hrs before it goes FP. How does it work here?

This thing includes a GPS radio. Tried it today and even without wifi, was extremely accurate. Also, the size made it fit into my jacket pocket. Overall, a very nice tablet for $200.
It ran a slight bit warm though, but pretty much all tabs do that (or worse) nowadays |

Still, personally I wouldn't wear pink. Call me prejudiced if you will, it's just not my color. This red case doesn't look too bad though. |
