Upkeep can be a pain(especially if you upgrade parts), and it gets quite pricey when you want to upgrade your loop. All I am saying is the gains in performance I see in using water is not equal to the pain and effort that goes into building and maintaining the loop(GPU gains are amazing though on water, cpu is marginal). I had massive/efficient air coolers before I went water, I did see gains when I moved to water but once again, not commensurable with the effort. For me, its not worth it. If I could do it again, I would rather rock air cooling and buy a nice case to deal with acoustics then deal with the headache of planning out the loop and dealing with upgrades. Each time you upgrade thats another drain and refill of the loop, and I started water cooling on my old Phenom 965BE(Three GPU's and one CPU later I am at my WC 3570K and WC 7970). I do have to say that GPU's benefit a ton from Water cooling, and it makes you pretty fearless when it comes to OC.

For someone who wants to try water and doesn't have the time but has the money, I guess this deal ain't half bad. But I am not that man, and while I like the 7850, it's sort of an under-powered card for this rig.
