Received two Jawbone Era Shadowbox Bluetooth Headsets - Refurbished in the mail yesterday. One looks new and the other had slight "normal use" scratches. Both had the swivel ear hook, one new earpiece, and a working charger. On the new one, people said I sounded much worse than my old headset. On the used unit, there is no audio from the earpiece when paired to my phone or tablet (although the mic works). Both are going back.

So you got the era? I also got one, arrived Thursday. Same contents - just the era, an ear hook, a new earbud and a charger. All in a small zip lock bag. No oem packaging or paperwork at all. Just the hardware. Mine works great though and seems "like-new". Although I may get some of the other ear piece options on amazon.

I'm still waiting on the icon. I'll try it out also and compare the two...

First time I have bought from groupon an item that wasn't a voucher or gift card that arrive instantly. Just got my shipping notification last night which was 10 days after order. And all it is, is the eletronic notification the carrier has saying they will be shipping something soon when groupon hands it to them. Appears they are like 1saleaday when it comes to shipping taking forever.

Sweet deal. Just got mine too. Was sure glad to see the ear buds that came with the Icon.... The ERA I got from all4cellular only had 1 ear bud and it didn't fit. These fit on the ERA just fine. I was going to see which I liked better and return the other... but I may keep both. Both work great.

Ordered 2, received both 3 days ago, one of them is now not holding a charge... I received the "Denim" ones too when it clearly states on my order that it was supposed to be the "Thinker". anyone have any experience returning things on groupon?
