I have weird ears where things don't fit most times. Only buds with hooks fit and with that too the ear piece is having out most times. It stays on the ear only because if the hook.

Looking at pictures of this I did not see any hook. How well does it fit the ear? I don't want it to keep falling off or having to adjust every 2 mins as it defeats the purpose.

I use mine at work all the time while running chop saws and belt sanders and people can always here me just fine, in fact they can barely tell there is anything going on on my end. For comparison, I would need to practically shout at someone in the same room with me for them to be able to hear me clearly. The noise cancellation on this headset is simply amazing, as long as you make sure the rubber 'nub' on the inner part of the headset touches your cheek so it can sense the vibrations from your jaw. I had one friend I recommended this to who said he hated it, but after I saw him use it and showed him how to wear it properly he quickly changed his mind about it. And the sound quality on my end is phenomenal, far better than the previous icon (non HD) model.

Jumped on this, had an Icon before that worked great until it was lost at a restaurant one night. One of the rare deals where I had literally just been thinking on the way home "I really need to get a new headset" only to see one pop up. Instead of spending extra money on something cool, I'm actually buying something I'd decided I needed to buy soon anyway.

Got one of these a while back due to the reviews, but got the same complaints from the people on the other end as I did with other bluetooth headsets. I was really dissappointed since these seem to have the best noise cancelling tech available. Now I have just given up on any kind of bluetooth headset.

i would buy this as it looks like a good deal, but I do better with the regular plug in earbuds and mic set up with the iPhone.

Plus I lose everything and the earbuds with mic are much harder to lose....although I have lost 3 or 4 pair....bet they are somewhere in my kids' rooms.

I bought one of these refurb units and the battery was not able to hold a charge (and is not replaceable).

I wouldn't buy this based on the belief that you'll get 15% CB.
