Is this drive overkill for a SATA-2 laptop? Right now it's got a 7200rpm drive, and I'm looking to increase performance.

It's going to be limited to 3 per customer.
I already have a couple of Kingston Hyper-X SSDs in RAID-0 that have given me zero trouble, but this is a pretty sweet price for the size. Trim works great with RAID-0 on Z77 mobos. |

Am confused, 840 or 840 Pro. Makes sense spending extra bucks for 60 month warranty?

All the deals seem to be on the 840 these days. Need some good ones for the 840 pro. Too bad the 840 non-pro has such a limited life span.
