Best Buy Poll for 02/09/2013 - FB Needed - 25 Reward zone Points

After today's poll I was over 500 points. My total had been fluctuating between 338 and whatever my actual total was over the past few days. Every time I took a poll, it went back up to the correct amount. Today's poll pushed me to 513 so I cashed out for a $10 certificate. I have been waiting to get $25 certificates but I figured I should use the points while they were actually in my account.

mine did same for an hour

So I had the annual point reduction lost 225 points and had 25 left. Today went to do the poll and no it says 0. I called and CSR credited me back the points and said everything should show up correctly in 48 hours. I can see that she added the 225 back but my "total balace" still says 0. I should have about 400 points now. I just really hope this all gets fixed.

Ah, I see. Same here. 0 again.

Although, it seemed like the certificate redemption options were available while it lasted...?

woohoo!!!!! the thousand points they gave me yesterday showed up....got $20 in GC....score!!!! Points still not being added to my total but hopefully they all appear after the 23rd. Also, they took off one of the reductions of 200 points...it used to be 2 x 200 point reductions for annual reset thing, not it just shows one...muahahaha. Here's to hoping all my points from 2/3 - 2/23 will appear after the 23rd... even more points! muahahahahaha

I would cash out the points as soon as you get 250. You can use as many certificates as you want for a purchase so you don't have to save up and put them into one.

The lower the certificate values are , the better they are useful.

You can not do a 20 dollar shopping with a 25 dollar certificate, but four 5 dollar certificates will work with charm.

That's why i am issuing it whenever i am reaching 250

I wish they had this open to customers who are not on facebook as well.

Amount lost at Amazon, $5; points lost at BB 25; being able to stay without a facebook= priceless. There are a few things you can get with a facebook account, but for everything else, you don't need it.
