How does this vacuum compare to reconditioned HOOVER UH70400RM that was FP for $55 a month or so ago?

Here's the difference between the previous Shark vac from 1SAD and this Pro version. The only difference between the NV355 and NV356E is that the NV355 was only developed for Walmart and they've probably cut some corners to make it slightly cheaper.

Want one buy says a lot of DOA's from past buyers. I wouLdn't risk it unless you want a headache returning it

I have seen so many complaints about DOA vacuums from last deal. I'll pass. Not worth the hassle.

If I remember correctly shark will send you a new vacuum for around 50 bucks if this one stops working. From what I remember their customer service is phenomenal.
