These are at&t unlocked. Plenty of the reviews say it doesn't come with OEM box, charger, headphones, etc. Many people are claiming they are refurbs.

Just as another option, cowboom has pre-owned locked ones for $170 + tax. When secondipity has them in stocked, they're $160-$170 after coupon.

Being that this is an AT&T phone I take it you can't use it on page plus?

Seeing that these are "Fulfilled by Amazon" I'm pretty sure that if you don't like it, you can send it back for a full refund with free shipping.

i bought for $169 from secondipity 6 months back. Not a good deal

new unlocked nexus 4 might be a better choice

Needs to drop about ~$100 more considering it will forever be stuck on Windows Phone 7.8 and never get access to Windows Phone 8.

For iOS users-this is akin to Apple telling you they won't upgrade you to iOS5/6 and will be stuck on iOS4 .

For android users-this is akin to your manufacturer selling you a high-end flagship phone, promising updates, only to be stuck with Android 2.3 Gingerbread forevermore (let's assume you can't unlock the bootloader and flash a custom ROM), even though you know you hardware is clearly capable of ICS and Jellybean.
