Mark comments as helpful or funny or etc
Allow replies in a thread to be marked as funny, corrected, informative, insightful, interesting, troll/flamebait, expert, misinformed, spam, off-topic, etc.This could be in addition or part of the "0/10 found this helpful". Often there are replies/comments that are just funny, but not necessarily useful to the conversation. Other times information has been corrected or clarified later. It would be useful to be able to label comments as funny or useful. |

Wouldn't repping a person for their helpful comments be enough? What is funny or helpful to one person may not be useful to another person.
The wiki is used to add member feedback. If you notice something has been posted that is particuarly helpful, you could post it in the wiki and give thanks to the OP.

Post Rating System - This will allow users to vote on individual posts (comments) as well as the entire thread. This can extend to allow us to find a summary of "the most helpful posts" in a thread, as well as automatically collapse or hide non-helpful or negative posts. like us on facebook [facebook.com] and follow us on twitter [twitter.com]
