Nothing worse than having your significant other have to assemble the flowers. When I found out they were in a box, my heart sank. I would have gladly paid the extra $20-$30 for an arrangement in a vase. You can't put a price on that!

I wasn't able to get the 20% discounted price to stick once you add in the Living Social voucher. Tried several times, don't see how that would ork because as soon as you add in the voucher you lose the 20% discount.

FYI - a great deal, and nothing against OP but before you commit to this, realize that the flowers come IN A BOX. AND they are not fully bloomed...............

Knowing that some women would be less than pleased with that, I dont want the guys to suffer for this purchase. I dont care personally but i had a friend last year .. married 25 years - her hubby ordered her this very similar thing and she was SO upset.

Can anyone confirm or deny the combination of the 20% off with the living social 15 for 30??
Together it is a great deal. Seperate still pretty good but not great.

UPDATE: Do what someone mentioned, put in your credit card and hit the continue/order and it'll take you to a subtotal page, remember to put in the vase2012 for the clear and then the living social voucher.

I couldn't get them to stack either, still ended up a pretty decent deal with the Living Social code

According to customer service, Standard delivery (9AM-5PM) is $12.99 + if you want it to be valentine day + $9.99, and if time specific service (9-Noon, etc) +$13.99 on top of all that.....

Discover do have 20% but I am not sure if it will stack with the 15 of 30

Anyway, I guess they made it all back with the shipping/handling charges.
Basically $64.98 (flowers) - $15 (living social) +12.99 (delivery)+ 9.99 (valentine)= $72.96+ tax

I ordered once from Pro flowers and yes it does arrive in a box - Typically by fed-ex.

What is my plan for this year? Day of Vday, I plan on picking up from florist (yes I know it may be a mad house and pickings may be slim) hand delivering to my sweethearts place of biz. (Hopefully she will be able to join me for a nice lunch (as opposed to the microwave or sandwich she typically has)
