no no im not taking it the wrong way.. im actually gonna have to try this and check out the movie as well.. thanks!
No problem! Another couple of good ones on Netflix are Forks Over Knives and Vegucated. What I like about them is they don't seem too much like a late night informercial or some HSN sales pitch. They show people actually adjusting and not finding it all "easy" to suddenly switch their habits. My personal opinion is that people get detoured with something when it isn't as "easy" as it was pitched to them when it comes to healthy changes. It's different for everyone
Yeah, I tried some of this shit. Man, I love class actions. It didn't work for me but I didn't go suing anybody (and I'm a lawyer). Who would possibly keep a receipt that long?
I'm in for some cash.
I keep receipts for ages; they're small and just go in a shoe box when they get older. I remember when the Radeon class action came. I dug up 7 year old receipts for 4 cards. They were incredibly faded (Best Buy's magic disappearing receipts), but I had them.
As for the case, without a class action, which involves a huge amount of work and risk, nobody would be getting a dime, so no one is being screwed here. It's the only way to right wrongs too small for any individual to right, and to send a message to companies that they can't always get away with screwing customers simply because the individual amounts involved are small.
Yeah, it is a bad idea. Wire fraud in fact. Not worth going for it, especially if one works as lawyer or is subject to some other ethics or professional responsibility rules
.By checking the box to the right I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the information provided on this Claim Form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge
You are right, hard to do it, also I looked at the form, fake names and information can be used. One can even use neighbors name lol
What I meant, and I was talking mainly about myself. Even as a hardcore SDer (meaning "try to not buy @ retail prices"), $25 dollars are not worth, in my profession, the risk of getting exposed at some point to any liability. but hey, one who is a politician or an attorney, can just use wife's name LOL or child's name
Not that I'm advocating lying, but if one were inclined to do so it isn't like they would be giving you a drug and/or lie detector test to verify the truth of your statement.
