This is DisplayPort ONLY, but it has a nice screen. I use one at work. Please note it's slow response so don't get it for gaming.

I actually use this monitor for gaming, and the response rate is a non issue, it feels like there is a slight amount of motion blur in fast action, but that's it. Works great for movies and anything else. |

meh...really good price, but display port only? Then i probably gonna pay another 10 bucks to get a reliable HDMI adapter...pass this one.

I was just looking at these on BestBuy.com for $119 each and then I saw this so I purchased 3.
I'm going to set up a work station using a laptop and with DisplayPort I can use all 3 monitors! Thanks!! |

Cable adapters or active converters can be used to drive a HDMI/DVI/VGA monitor from a DisplayPort connection from your graphics card (what is required depends on the display type being driven and the whether the DisplayPort implementation is DP++ capable) You could buy a very expensive converter box to do the translation, but it might be cheaper to upgrade your graphics card to a DisplayPort capable card, assuming the graphics of your computer can be upgraded. Correct, a simple cable would not work. You can go the other direction, assuming the displayport output on your PC is DP++.
