Arctic MC001-N HTPC (XBMC & OpenElec Compatible) Barebones - $99 Shipped
I have been looking for a silent HTPC that works with XBMC and/or OpenElec for a while now without any success... until yesterday.
The Arctic MC001 is a full featured media computer (Atom D525, Radeon 5430, TV Tuner, Infrared, Wifi N, !Fanless!). Just add a cheap 30GB SSD and 2-4GB of RAM.
To me, this is a smoking deal. Most barebones with similar specs (not fanless though) are $200+.
Link to Arctic MC001-N:

You can also get an MC001-XBMC (also includes 2GB RAM 1TB HDD, DVD Drive, and Preloaded with XBMC) for $229:

UPDATE: I found a website selling this for $89.95 with free shipping. I am not familiar with this company though:
