I was going to guess and say 200Pin SODIMM - Usually all those Atom Machines that the same thing.. I owned Two Atom Media PC's the Giada N3 and a ASUS (which I sold) Both took. 200Pin SODIMM. SO that is my guess.

If you load windows on the HDD you will be fine. Just don't load all the bloatware and such. No need for virus protection and spyware and such. Just load windows., XBMC, Netflix and Hulu and your set. Stream your media from another PC, or load your content directly on to the HDD.

The specs on this should be good.. But I am concerned how good. I have a Giada N3 now that played back 720p just fine and 1080P as well, but once I enable HD or Master audio it bogs down, also BLU RAY RIPS don't work on my N3 - SO I am wondering how powerful this is for MY OWN needs. The PC I have now is a 1.6Ghz Atom 330 this is an Atom 525 1.8ghz i believe. Also this has the ATI 5430 my N3 as a first generation ION. SO if tech gurus have an answer for me would be most appreciated.

The Atom D525 is much better than the 330. Ion is not nearly as good as Ion 2. I have not used the Radeon HD 5430 yet though. I have an old ION with an Atom 330 and it is not fast enough IMO.

Trying to figure out of these have the TV tuner or not. This would be a great cheap DVR...

I purchased a pair of IdeaCentre Q180 that were Atom D2700 / 2GB / 320GB / Win7 / DVDRW and included the multimedia remote (popular among the HTPC crowd, and sells for $30-$40 by itself) for $130 shipped. One system actually shipped upgraded to 4GB / 750GB. These systems have been in & out of stock for at least a month now.

no tv tuner, but you can sometimes get the older hdhomerun network based tuners on ebay on the cheap. i would recommend this over a usb tuner.

I am not sure why you think this could not run netflix. It is barebones, but should handle Windows great. Win7 and you could run netflix from a browser (wouldn't handle HD since silverlight is dumb). Win8 and you could run Netflix HD, as the Netflix app uses better API.
