Do your parents also have iphones? Even if they don't, I can't imagine one parent on Earth that wouldn't jump at the chance to have everything controlled through the factory radio, instead of having their teenager fiddling with their phone while driving. It also gives RCA inputs, so you can add an AUX line for other smartphones or music players.

Otherwise, there's a chance that your radio has an AUX in on the back, in which you'd only have to run a cable from the back of the radio to the glove compartment or center console. Any monkey at Best Buy can do that for you. But seriously, a Bluetooth-capable stereo can be had for $150-$200 today, and again, I can't imagine a parent that wouldn't want to keep the phone out of a teenager's hands while driving.
