Great deal. I'm using these with Homeseer, but have only succeeded in getting them to turn everything on or off (all the buttons do the same thing). Anyone have better luck?

Too big of a dream I guess. Any reason why I would not want to use a non SUC/SIS remote on a network that currently only has controllers that support SUC/SIS? I have >30 Z-wave switches, outlets and modules. Right now the routing is perfect using a AEON Z-stick II and AEON minimote using SUC/SIS. It would be nice to have a few other remotes laying around with scenes assigned to buttons.

FYI: LMCE is the software that I use in case you are familiar with it.

That is the only reason. Additional controllers to have in convenient locations. You could have a few around the house with configurations for firing scenes specific to that room/part of the house. You dont need SUC/SIS support to do what you want.

Has anyone figured out how to get these (not the LCD version) to work as a secondary controller/remote? From everything I've been reading, they will only work as a primary. I think they will work to control a scene but not as an actual secondary controller (in Homeseer).

I have one set up as a secondary controller on my Vera Lite. There are instructions to set it up in the amazon reviews. Perhaps Homeseer will work similarly?

The only catch is it will only trigger scenes, not individual modules. I just set up a few scenes to do what I want.

Edit: I just read your post again and I think I misinterpreted it. You are looking for full control, not just scenes. I can't help there, but if you do find anything, let us know.

Since there are many Z-wave people reading this thread...is anyone with an extra HA20C in white? I don't have a "need" for one but I'm sure I can find a place for one if the price is right. LMK

A zwave network can only have 1 primary controller which is your bridge, vera ling, usb dongle etc. A secondary controller will control each unit individually. You do not use scenes you already made you create new ones. Or create a group to turn a group of lights on or off. If you want to control 1 outlet/light just program that one to one button by itself.
