Thanks, I'm hoping they do. I looked up their return policy and saw they don't accept for "final sale items" so wasn't sure but you're right about it not mentioning it in the offer details.

Missed out on a pair of boots for the GF while debating the size/return thing .

This isn't an informative statement.

Reaction stuff is definitely not as nice as the KCNY line, but some of their products are still quite good. Reaction tends to use fused lasts and generally doesn't line the uppers of their shoes, and generally uses a lower quality of leather and hardware. Their clothing tends to use more synthetic fabrics, and the construction is commensurate with the price. I've not had anything wear out prematurely, but I do prefer the KCNY line, especially for shoes.

No problem with commenting on the quality, but "below average" is pretty meaningless. At least give reasons why you believe this to be true.

Source: I own a lot of products from both lines, and have a pretty critical eye for craftsmanship.
